Well, the school musical is over and I am exhausted. We did The King and I, and it was lots of fun, but really stressful as always. And as always, the songs are going to be stuck in my head forever, and ever, and ever...

I was running the lights for the entire show, and I love my drama teacher to death, but she is veeery picky. That turned out to be for the better because, and I'm totally not being biased here, the entire production was beautiful. Still, I'm glad it's over. Just before the last show, I had a nightmare that I was locked out of the loft during the ballet scene where lights are flickering on and off and actors are standing in specials and the cyc is changing colors and asl;dkgh it was horrible. The ballet is my favorite part. I mean, there is always another person available for backup with that sort of thing, but I always feel responsible for it. I can't help it, I've been doing that job since my first year here. ;-;

Aside from all that negative stuff, I think the show went very well. I'm always amazed at how talented the kids at my school are. Some of those singing voices, yeesh! I'm jealous.

Anyway, if I can get pictures of the set, I will. I'd love to put up the cast pictures here, because I loved the costuming, but I don't wanna post anybody's picture without their permission.


As for artwork...

Haven't had any time for it lately. Dx I'm almost finished with the storyline meme, and already wanting to start on another one with my OTHER stories. I can't finish anything without getting distracted, can I? Anyway, I'm hoping to get some drawing time in now that the show is over and I have free time again.
